ORDER ON CMC HEARING HELD ON JANUARY 20.2026 

THIS CAUSE came to be heard on January 20,2026 on Case Management Conference and this Court having reviewed the pleadings,motions and the court file,and the Court notingthat the Respondent appeared,however the Petitioner did not even though providedproper notice,the Court hereby FINDS as follows: 

1. On December 29, 2025, the Supreme Court of Florida entered an order assigningthis Broward County case to Judge George Sarduy of the 11 th Judicial Circuit in Miami Dade County. (Orderwas filed on January 5,2026. See docket entry 228). 

2. A review of the pleadingsreflects that this is a DOM action with one minor child. The Court also notes that this matter has been pending for 1,353 days,as of the date ofthis order. 3. On January 13, 2026, the court issued a Case Management Order settingthe case for January 20, 2026 at 1:15 PM, via Zoom. The hearingwas set via Zoom in compliance with Judge Tynam's Order dated November 10,2025. At that time, the Judge Tynam grantedin part and denied in part, Petitioner's ADA accommodation request. 

4. On January 16,2026, Petitioner,Kathryn Dressler,filed an Objectionto the Scheduled CMC. The Petitioner uses the term "retaliatory"CMC throughout her 28 page filing. 5. On January 20,2026, Petitioner failed to appear for the scheduled CMC, even though the Court waited 15 minutes. The Court notes that the,Respondent, Paul Gawor, did appear. 

Based on the above, it is hereby further ORDERED and ADJUDGED: 

The Court is settingthis matter for Non-Jury Trial (viaZoom) for March 2, 2026 at 10:30 AM via Zoom. The Court will enter a separate trial order. The Court cautions the Petitioner that failure to appear will result,absent good cause, in the strikingof her pleadingsand may include additional sanctions.
